I grew up in the forest.

These early nature centered experiences imprinted a deep love and respect for Mother Earth, and a strong desire to explore the world creating friendships and growing through unique adventures in the wild.

I took off in my 20's, becoming a StartingBloc social innovation Fellow, and an alumnus of the Designing for Social Innovation and Leadership and Rockwood Art of Leadership programs. Through these experiences, I learned that evolution comes through liberated spaces, transformational action, and is best when rooted in matriarchial leadership and community building.

A lifetime learner always curious to explore new perspectives in our digital age, in my 30's I became a Teaching Lead at IDEO-U, an online school where leaders can unlock their creative potential and build their problem-solving skills. In 2023 I explored experiential education further through a virtual fellowship in Ritual Design through the Ritual Lab, where I experimented with designing playful, nature-centred experiences with an all-female-cohort based across 3 continents.

Today, I am based on the Front Range of Colorado. My career continues to grow and evolve, inspired by my time with forests, mountains, and oceans. I've led organizing the logistics of a refugee resettlement program to redesigning business processes at a global environmental organization, abroad to design and market the brand of a start-up ecolodge company, and back to the States to open an innovation lab at the world's largest non-profit before finding my way here to the Rockies.

These days I am a managing consultant within CrossCountry Consulting's Business Transformation team focused on leveraging human-centered design methods and mindsets to support a wide range of clients. An active community member on the Advisory Board for the SXSW Pitch competition, this year I also produced and spoke on the SXSW Interactive Design Track session Matriarch-Centered Design.

When not in front of a computer screen or whiteboard you can find me outside hiking with my rescue pup, Luna, or hosting magical moon ceremonies with my coven.
